Easy Returns & Cancellations
We want you to love your purchase! If it doesn’t work out, here’s how we make returns simple:
📦 Inspecting Your Delivery

It’s very important to inspect your package(s) at the time of delivery.

If any package is damaged, please note “damaged product” on the delivery receipt. Replacement parts will be sent if needed. If you prefer not to receive parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy.

Be sure that all packages are accounted for before signing. The delivery receipt will list the number of pieces shipped.

It is your responsibility to check all items carefully before signing the delivery receipt.
✅ Returns Made Easy

You have 30 days from delivery for UNOPENED Items and 7 Days for DEFECTIVE Items to let us know if you’d like to return your item.

Email us at help@justbetterbunkbeds.com for a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it and unused, in its original packaging (Unopened to be eligible for the 30-day return policy), and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Since we offer free shipping, please note that actual shipping costs (both ways) will be deducted from your refund.

Some items (assembled furniture, mattresses, under-bed storage, trundles, and custom furniture) cannot be returned.
- We do not accept non defective "remorse" returns, in other words, please make sure the bunk bed will fit!

If you’re unsure about your item, please get in touch with us before placing your order, we’re happy to help!
💵 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at help@justbetterbunkbeds.com.
🚫 Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipping with no penalty (except a small 3% processing fee).

Once an order has shipped or is being prepared to ship, it can’t be canceled, but it may be returned under our standard policy.

If we make a mistake and ship the wrong product, we’ll take care of it at no cost to you.
