We want your delivery experience to be smooth and transparent. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 5–10 business days of being placed (subject to item availability).

Typical delivery time is 12–15 business days after your order.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Deliveries are made Monday–Friday only.
Delivery Options

Standard (Free) Shipping: Curbside delivery is included on most orders within the contiguous U.S. You’ll be responsible for bringing the furniture inside.
Freight Deliveries
-
Standard curbside delivery includes a 15-minute grace period for unloading and signing the delivery receipt. Additional wait time is billed by the freight company at $77 for the next 15 minutes, and $65 for each 15-minute period thereafter. These charges are for the freight company and we have no control over the extra charge. This might vary from different freight companies as well.

Freight companies will provide a delivery time window (2–4 hours). Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.
Remote Areas & Beyond Point Delivery

Some locations may be considered remote or congested urban areas (e.g., the Florida Keys, New York City, Boston). In these cases, freight carriers may charge beyond point fees starting at $95 or more.

If applicable, we’ll notify you within 48 hours of placing your order before your order ships.
Shipping Outside the Contiguous U.S.

Please contact us for shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, or other non-freight accessible areas. You will not be able to check out. So please contact us.

At this time, we are not shipping to Canada.
Important Notes

Inspect all packages at delivery. If damaged, write “damaged product” on the delivery receipt. Replacement parts will be sent if necessary, or the item may be returned under our standard return policy.

Make sure all packages are accounted for before signing. The delivery receipt will list the number of pieces shipped.
